Get Advice, Answers on the Institute for Good Medicine Website

Where can you go to get advice from practicing physicians, access a centralized list of medical journals, and explore mentoring opportunities?

Just visit the new website of the Institute for Good Medicine at the Pennsylvania Medical Society at www.goodmedicine.org.

The Institute for Good Medicine is dedicated to promoting medical professionalism, which includes mentoring of young physicians and physicians-in-training.

Resources for medical students include an FAQ, a list of what practicing physicians wish they had known on their first day of practice, and the opportunity to have a physician visit your school to demonstrate hands-on skills. Coming soon is an online mentoring feature.
