Physician Reporting to PennDOT

Health care providers must follow criteria established by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) when conducting physical examinations of applicants for learner's permits and driver's licenses. Some disorders must be reported to PennDOT, which then determines if the patient should be licensed.
