Workers' Compensation Fees Increased for 2008

The 2008 workers’ compensation fees are 3.6 percent higher than 2007 rates. Since workers’ compensation reform was passed in 1994, fees have increased approximately 184.8 percent thanks to a formula negotiated by the Pennsylvania Medical Society.
