Attorney Libby Snelson represents medical staffs across the country, and served as a member of the Joint Commission Task Force that produced MS 01.01.01. Libby is the author of all five editions of the AMA’s Physicians’ Guide to Organized Medical Staff Bylaws, several state society model bylaws, and is a frequent speaker on medical staff law.
