Calling All Delegates: Preliminary Call Released for 2010 HOD

The House of Delegates of the Pennsylvania Medical Society will convene its annual meeting at the Hershey Lodge, Hershey, Pa., on Saturday, Oct. 23, 2010, and the second session Sunday, Oct.  24, 2010. Details regarding the starting times of both sessions will appear in the Official Call and will be sent to members in August.

All proposed amendments to the bylaws must be submitted to the office of the secretary of the State Society on or before June 23, 2010. Such amendments may be proposed upon the written petition of 15 active or associate members of the State Society, or by the Committee on Bylaws.

Resolutions to be considered by the House may be submitted in writing to the secretary by delegates acting on their own behalf or for the component medical society or specialty they represent. If received before Sept. 23, 2010, resolutions will be published in the Official Reports Book.
